Job Description

Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve organisational sales goals and revenues on Estonian market
Set individual sales targets with sales team
Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel
Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team
Investigate lost sales and customer accounts
Track, collate and interpret sales figures
Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts

Requirements

5+ years’ B2B sales experience of logistics services
2+ years in leadership sales position
Track record of superior performance metrics
Excellent negotiation skills
Strong decision-making abilities
Fluent Estonian language
English and/or Russian language at B2 level or better
