Facility Management Team Coordinator

Job Description

  • Facility management of our property and leased premises (repairs, warranty, inventory management, cleaning and etc.).
  • Optimization of costs and processes.
  • Taking care of the preventative measures to ensure smooth operation of our stores.
  • Budget planning and team management.

Requirements

  • Higher education and at least 3 years of working experience as a Facility Manager and technical background.
  • Very good knowledge of Estonian and English.
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical installations, cooling or freezing systems.
  • You can work independently and in a team in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • You want to develop yourself and be responsible for a small team.
  • Willingness to have a training for 1-2 months abroad.
