What WDo: 

  • Sportstech - Data capture, management and analysis tools that help leagues run their sport, unlock new revenue streams, and protect the integrity of their competitions. 
  • Video - Fully automated streaming technology, production and distribution services that help showcase sports to the world.   
  • Sportsbook - Everything a sportsbook operator needs to manager their operation and grow profits – all powered by the finest live sports data available.  
  • Media & Engagement - We help brands and publishers engage and monetise sports fans with personalised campaigns and content they will love.  

We are searching for an organized self-starter to be our new facilities officer. To be successful  you should possess excellent communication skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks. Top candidates will have strong organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. An operations assistant requires a minimum of a high school diploma with business studies as a preferred subject. As the position involves collaboration with different departments to increase overall work performance, strong attention to detail and business acumen is needed.

Job Description:
  • Front of house - greet, welcome, and direct visitors, maintain security and telecommunications system
  • Enforce company policies and procedures within the office
  • Manage company travel through Egencia travel management system - create travel itineraries, secure reservations for transportation and lodging, proactively recommend improvements
  • Compile travel reports and distribute them to relevant stakeholders
  • Monitor various communication channels, e.g. Slack and promptly answer questions of staff and other stakeholders
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with vendor
  • Assist with onboarding processes
  • Take inventory and order office supplies as needed
  • Work closely with the facilities manager to oversee daily business operations
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a business work environment preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • An eye for attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and information
  • Fluent English and a minimum of conversational/ professional Estonian
