

Job Description
As the Export Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in Germany. You will lead and grow a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet sales targets while providing them with the necessary training and support. Additionally, you will be actively involved in direct sales and collaborate closely with the marketing manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand our business in the German market;
- Personal sales: Identify and establish relationships with new customers and business partners;
- Qualify and assess leads generated by digital marketing campaigns;
- Conduct in-person and online meetings to strengthen customer relationships at all levels;
- Assist in optimizing and refining our pricing strategy;
- Report directly to company leadership.
What We Expect from You:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development within a related industry;
- Strong technical sales background with a proven track record;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Highly goal-driven and self-motivated;
- Proficiency in German, English and Estonian — additional languages are a plus.
