Requirements
- JavaScript, Ajax and common libraries such as Prototype and Scriptaculous.
- HTML and CSS
- Great understanding of browser limitations, capabilities and characteristics
- Proven record of successfully completed projects
- Genuine interest of creating the social web service

- Experience in working with rapid development methodologies
- Good trouble-shooting skills inside

1) chat with your friends or people with common intrests
2) meet new people in open atmosphere
3) bored or nothing to do - spend time with strangers and discuss whatever you feel like
While it's mostly about genuine appealing group chat, some user rating, personalization and gamefication aspects will follow.
