We are looking for experienced CASINO DEALERS for Casino Helsinki to serve our customers, to ensure they have an enjoyable table gaming experience, and to help build an exciting gaming atmosphere. We expect you to have previous croupier experience and the ability to deal at least one casino table game. At the start of the contract period, we will provide training in Casino Helsinki’s operating principles, and further training in other casino games will be provided based on need and context. The contract of employment is permanent and will come into effect flexibly but no earlier than December 1, 2019.

Casino Helsinki is located in the heart of Helsinki’s city center and is accessible by a comprehensive transportation network. It is open 364 days a year and shifts are determined based on the Casino’s opening hours in the evenings and nights, seven days a week, between 1 pm and 4 am. We offer you permanent full-time or part-time contract of employment and approximately 25-37.5 hours of work a week to be contractually specified.

The job requires customer service skills as well as technical casino dealer capability. The language requirements are English and a level of Finnish language proficiency that is required for table games dealing. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, reliable and pass a background check, in addition to which we expect applicants to have normal color vision. We will confirm applicants’ suitability by conducting credit checks and drug screens on selected candidates.
