Who are we looking for?
Our CEO is looking for Executive Assistant!
This is far from a usual 9-5 desk job - we need someone with the flexibility to deal with last-minute-surprises and unexpectedness, a keen eye for detail, strong organisation skills, great time management and the initiative to act without guidance.

There will be the 'usual EA tasks' - everything from diary management, email/admin tasks and supporting internal communications but also a range of impactful projects such as scheduling press meetings/interviews and setting up/coordinating board meetings and investor relations.
It's a great chance to work with our inspirational leaders and be really integrated at a key strategic level within the business.
Requirements
What do we need you to bring?
- The unique super power to become an expert in any area within 30 minutes!
- A structured and well-organised approach and mindset
- An ability to prioritise and organise a daily workload around it
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace new situations
- Easily adapt to changes and new situations
- Great verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong previous experience as an Executive Assistant
- Outstanding project management skills and a proactive approach
