Job Description

Here’s what we’re currently after:

- You are Estonian.
- You’re a detail-oriented, resourceful person who loves tidy up everything from invoices, contracts and finds pleasure in solving various problems from organizing trips to doing basic market research.
- You’ll be the person who makes sure our accountant gets the fresh invoices in time and in appropriate form and all our paperwork - contracts and legal documents - is in tidy order and all our invoices are settled in time and can do basic budgeting. The moniker “universal problem solver” doesn’t scare you.

- We’re building a small, but super capable team. You’re naturally more interested in the fate of the product & driven to grow professionally, than in managing people.
- We are looking for a missionary rather than a mercenary.
- We value clear and honest communication and transparency, it’s the linchpin of our culture and current success and freedom. You will be involved in both high and low level decision making and will be available during European working hours (9AM - 6PM GMT).

You'll be:
- Responsible for pretty much everything admin related
- Managing invoices: collecting, requesting in the right format that fits Estonian accounting requirements
- Managing team travels - Accommodation, travel, office bookings, etc.
Sending monthly accounting pack to our Estonian accountant
- Management of Accounts Payable: Wire transfers (via e-banking and Transferwise)
- Drafting and proofreading documents
- Preparation of legal documents with the help of our Estonian legal partner
- Scheduling executive appointments
- Supporting the team, responding to queries and assisting the wider company Secretarial
- Basic financial planning and monthly budget report

Requirements

You have:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience (admin/accountant/financial assistant)
- Experience with Estonian legal and accounting/tax environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to work well cross-functionally.
- You are native in these softwares: Google G-suite (docs, spreadsheet, etc), Slack, Trello, Excel/Numbers, Words/Pages, TransferWise
- Project management experience (everyone is managing projects at Drops)
- Education in economics and passion for languages are plus
