Job Description

  • Helping clients to solve their daily request via live chat and email
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Analyse and repost product malfunctions

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service
  • Native/Fluent Estonian language
  • Fluent English and good Russian 
  • Highly developed client management skills
  • Ability to work under the pressure
  • Flexible and resilient and able to work night and day shifts
