Job Description

implementation project management (functional / module / enterprise / group of companies);
provision of timely Go-Live deadline management;
business processes ‘documentation and analysis;
preparation and coordination of technical specifications with participants, testing;
user technical support;
constant monitoring of risks, deadlines, project budget, external consultants’ office hours.

Requirements

at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company (in production planning, project management) or at least 3 years as an ERP representative as a technical adviser;
prior experience of participation in ERP systems implementation projects as project manager / user, experience in a cross-functional team will be useful;
command of Russian (main working language), good command of Estonian and English, command of Finnish or Swedish will be an advantage;
familiar with Epicor ERP / Kinetic, Epicor BAQ, Epicor BPM, MS Teams, MS Project software.
