Job Description

As a team member, you will play meaningful role in Swedish market by providing support mainly via email to our customers with contract and invoice related matters. In addition, you will troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution, take ownership of customer issues and escalate unresolved inquires to the appropriate internal team. You will be a key player in building a support team in a challenging environment.

Requirements

What makes you great

  • Fluency in English (oral and written), Swedish is not required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Back Office or Sales Support role.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to solve non-standard requests.
  • Problem-solving attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Result-driven work approach and efficient working style with attention to details.
  • Background working in SAP with Account Receivables and/or Contract is an advantage.
