OVERVIEW:

 

At Sportradar we’ve experienced a wonderful period of sustained hypergrowth through a highly focused strategy based upon industry leading product innovation. To continue on this trajectory, we’re searching for a Programme Office Analyst to join the Central Engineering team.

Reporting to the Engineering Programme Director, this newly created role is responsible for operational management of the Programme Delivery office.  The Programme Office Analyst is responsible for creating (evolving) and managing the collateral which will support the interactions driven by the Programme Office to enable the successful delivery of strategic business outcomes. 

 

A key focus will be ensuring that the senior stakeholders from the C-suite to the tribe leadership have access to up to date information relating to programmes, projects, KPIs, risks and actuals and that this information is presented in a concise and straightforward manner to support effective decision-making.

 

Sportradar is a global company.  The role is based in LJU with overseas travel as required (and as COVID measures allow) to ensure effective project and resource management.

 

THE OPPORTUNITY:

 

Data Analyst: Ensure transparent and regular reporting to the key stakeholders to ensure engineering performance status is clearly understood and timely decisions can be taken. Shape and define concise reporting frameworks and dashboards to support this.

 

Key interactions which will be supported by you are:

  • Engineering KPI reviews
  • Product stakeholder delivery reviews
  • Risk reviews
  • Board meetings
  • Vendor Management reporting and review
  • Help shape and evolve the processes and principles to improve the consistency and effectiveness of delivery execution, improving predictability and visibility.
  • Support observability and visibility of engineering delivery & outcomes

Requirements

Desired Professional Background

  • Experience with design, development and delivery of data-driven management reports and supporting data visualizations, including conceptualization and development of productivity and project delivery KPIs.
  • Strong skills in creating and maintaining delivery dashboards.
  • Experience with working with BI tools (Qlik Sense/QlikView - ideally, Tableau, Power BI or equivalent) highly desirable.
  • Experience of software delivery for medium to large sized initiatives a plus.
  • Objectives and key results experience a plus.
  • Proficient in hands-on data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in querying relational databases using SQL and data manipulation and aggregation using APIs.
