Job Description
- Handling, advising and supporting on all Labor Law issues and personnel measures in the field of Labour Law in the company.
- Creating and regularly adjusting the employee documents (including the employment contracts with annexes and guidelines).
- Build-up and operation of HR Compliance Management program, considering the provisions of local and international Labour Law.
- Implementing Labor Law and HR Compliance trainings for managers.
Requirements
- University degree in Law and at least 4 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably in an international company.
- Fluent Estonian and English language, German or Russian language is an advantage.
- Personal initiative, sense of responsibility and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work in a team as well as individually.
