Employment Law Consultant

• Handling and advising on all labor law issues and tasks, as well as directing compliance with laws and internal guidelines within the personnel department.
• Creation and regular adjustment of the employee documents used in the company including the employment contracts with all annexes and guidelines.
• Conception and implementation of trainings in labor law and HR Compliance for managers.
• Employment law support of all employee measures in the company.
• Examination of measures and projects of other departments and the HR with regard to compliance with employment law.
• Representation of the employer in the labor dispute committee.
• Advising on fundamental social and income tax issues and Global Mobility topics.

• University degree in law.
• At least 4 years of experience working in a similar role, preferably in an international company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Personal initiative, sense of responsibility and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work in a team as well as individually.
• Fluent Estonian and English language, German and/or Russian language is an advantage.
