Job Description

  • Reviewing the company’s benefits program and putting together a budget plan.
  • Supporting Lidl employees and ensuring possibilities for creation of a friendly work environment.
  • Conducting surveys among the employees and providing analysis based on outcomes.
  • Offering continuous improvement ideas to enhance employee engagement.
  • Creating and promoting internal communication in collaboration with other departments.
  • Handling negotiations, dealing with confidential information and offering suitable solutions for involved parties.
  • Passionate about working with diverse group of people.
  • Organizing various company events -> big and small.

Requirements

  • 2 years of HR, counselling or employee relations experience (in a corporate environment).
  • Higher education in a related field.
  • Understanding of employment law.
  • Fluent Estonian and English, knowledge of Russian and/or German is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong project and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, empathy and problem solving skills.
  • Open to business trips.
