Electronics Laboratory Team Leader

• Continuous and systematic root cause failure analyses of Variable Speed Drives and their components
• Identifying improvement opportunities regarding the products
• Guiding, supporting, coordinating, developing and being responsible of the analysis team (size of 3 to 5 members)
• Supplier development and quality follow-up
• Developing laboratory analyses capabilities and quality

• Higher education or relevant work experience in electronics or in power electronics
• Common knowledge of product and process development
• Fluent Estonian and English, spoken and written
• Proactive, self-reliant way of working

• Role in building solutions that already save annually amount of CO2
