Electrical Design Engineer

A global player (Estonian branch of a multinational group) in Design, Manufacture and Supply of Medium Voltage Switchgear is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join our team based in Tallinn.

Responsibilities:

• Design functional and control schematics, wiring diagrams, terminal connection lists and specifications
• Generate bill of materials and item lists
• Search and selection of the components
• Supervise and support wiring and installation for the factory assembly personnel
• Design process optimization and cost-effective solution searching

Background and Qualifications:

• Electrical engineering/Power engineering university Degree
• Strong command in English/Russian

Knowledge and Experience:

• Basic knowledge of power distribution networks and substations and relative equipment
• Protection relay logic and settings understanding and programming.
• AutoCAD Electrical software (or analogue) experience
• PDM system experience
• 3+ years similar position experience
