Ehituse objektijuht / Construction site manager

We perform construction works (concrete works, assembly of prefabricated concrete and metal structures) in Sweden. Due to the increase in workload, we are looking for a construction site manager for our team.

The main tasks of the construction site manager are:

- managing concrete works and assembly of heavy structures

- coordination and supervision of works on the construction site

- preparation of construction project documentation

- deadlines fulfilling

You are a suitable candidate if you have:

- higher education in construction or other technical fields and / or previous professional experience in a similar position

- ability to read and compile project documentation

- good knowledge of English, knowledge of Russian at the communication level

- B category drivers license

- good working conditions

- on-site training if necessary

- long-term employment in a developing company

- work clothes and safety equipment

- transport and accommodation by the company.
