Eastern European Business Development Manager

Are you an exceptional Business Development Manager with experience in the Eastern European market and looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career?

Join History & Heraldry, an international group in the giftware and licensed products sector. As the Eastern European Business Development Manager, you will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, and build long-term connections that align with our group values. You will work closely with our Sales Director to provide clients with excellent wholesale service and collaborate with the logistics department in Estonia. The position will be employed by History & Heraldry Europe OÜ, a logistical hub of HH group operations in Europe, located in Tallinn, Estonia.

As the Eastern European Business Development Manager, you will take charge of expanding HH's presence in the region by generating leads, cultivating relationships with distributors, and growing product sales. Your goal is to strengthen HH brands, increase market share, and implement the sales strategy to provide distributors with tailored solutions. You'll stay up-to-date with market trends and maintain the highest standards of the company's CRM.

Preferred qualifications: Graduate degree in business or marketing, 2+ years of experience in export sales of giftware, toys, greeting cards, and duty-free/FMCG sectors, experience working with different cultures and nationalities, and a business-driven mindset with the ability to reach out to new distributors.
