
Job Description
In this position you will….
- Oversee the entire hotel operations to maintain high standards
- Will report directly to the Front Office Manager and Director of Operations
- Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Team Members with an emphasis on training and teamwork
- Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel departments
- Meet and greet VIP Guests and major corporate clients upon arrival, ensure regular and VIP Guests are recognised and guests’ special requests are coordinated
- Replying to guest feedback on various channels in a timely manner
- Respond, action and resolve any guest complaints or issues during or after their stay
- Conduct any Health and Safety procedures, if required, including fire walks, food safety investigations, etc.
- Ensure all guest requests, problems and internal communication is actioned in a timely manner
- Assist with other departments, as necessary
Requirements
We are looking for……
- A minimum of 2 years of Front Office supervisory experience in the hotel, leisure, and/or retail sector
- Fluent in English and Estonian – both in speech and in writing (any additional language is an advantage)
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety and security procedures
- Calm, efficient and the ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent leadership skills and exceptional communication skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
- Excellent grooming standards
- High level of IT proficiency
- High level of commercial awareness and sales capabilities
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
