Driver Planner Assistant

We offer job to Driver Planner Assistant for our regional office. The DPL assistant is responsible for controlling, supporting and monitoring our colleagues operating company trucks across Europe.

• purchasing tickets by airliners and Travel Agents (flight reservations,changes, cancellations and refund)
• contribute to maintenance and efficiency improvement of our processes in the field of ticketing and planning
• forecasting on ticket cost- analyze estimated cost and provide recommendations to appropriate personnel
• responsible for systems updates
• daily communication with the drivers
• controlling and overviewing planning; reporting on deviations
• resolve Driver issues and needs, on and off the road
• participate in divisional projects when required-Relieve colleagues in Operations Support and HR when required.

• degree and/or experience in transportation, tourism, or a related field preferred
• advanced professional knowledge of Word and Excel incl. ability to build complex formulas
• highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluent in English and Russian. Estonian and other European languages is a big plus
• deadline-oriented
• analytical and quantitative skills
• ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision while working remotely
• flexibility and ability to work within dynamic environment.

• Full time job in Tallinn office, Tammsaare Business Center Mon-Fri 09-17:00
