Drive Help Coordinator

• Strive to handle customer service requests in the shortest possible time to ensure the satisfaction of ABB drive end user
• Follow global requirements (Warranty directive, burden rate in use, certified engineers is utilized etc.)
• Responsible for dedicated regions (EMEA) and provides support in other regions
• KPI reporting monthly
• Training of new Drive Help service users
• Support stakeholders if required
• Close collaboration with stakeholders

Ootused kandidaadile

• Higher education (or currently obtaining) in business or similar field
• Work experience in customer service of service organization
• Fluent English and Estonian skills
• Ability to work systematically with attention to details
• Customer service oriented, initiative and quick learner
• Capable of working and completing task independently
• Prior experience in an international working environment and basic skills of Salesforce and SAP is a plus
