Dispatching the service technicians (whole country)
Coordination of information flow concerning internal and external communication
Support and assistance of the service manager
Preparation and realisation of marketing and sales activities
Customer care in cooperation with the service manager
Prepare, control and operate maintenance contracts
Contact person regarding to customer obscurities and technical problems
Processing of complaints
Particular workshop and spare part management
Executive duties
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude with customers and fellow workers
Appreciation of qualitative objects and efficiency of the service technicians
Technical know-how concerning forklifts or automotives
Leadership experiences favoured
Minimum 2-5 years of related experience
Maintenance of forklift will be an advantage
