Director of Finance and Business Support (Cover for Maternity Leave)

What you will be doing:

• Supervising the Finance department in its entirety, including Purchasing and Storerooms, IT and Accounting.
• Maintain a strong Internal Control environment in the hotel and ensure compliance to key controls, policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and fiscal regulations which effect financial matters of the hotel, including proper permits and licenses.
• Responsible for all contracts and any other legal records and documents, which may affect the financial status of the hotel.
• Responsible for the analysis and interpretation of the financial data and communicating this in a comprehensible form to department heads, the Executive Committee and the General Manager of the hotel.

Your experience and skills include:

• Solid experience as a Financial Controller/Manager or similar position.
• Excellent administrative, interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to manage effectively multiple priorities and changes with flexibility, timeliness and efficiency.
• Estonian and English written and verbal communication skills in high professional level.
• Decisive, enthusiastic, creative thinker who thrives under pressure and is able to perform multiple functions.
• Proven leadership skills, which supports an environment of employee growth and development, interdepartmental teamwork and exceptional customer service.
