Digital Marketing Specialist - Estonia (m/f/d)

To support our EMEA Marketing Team we are looking for a committed person to join our company at the next possible date. The position will be based in Estonia (remote work) and reports to our Teamleader MarCom EU North & BeNeLux in Münster/Germany. The Digital Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) will be responsible for the online content and digital marketing channels, including websites and social media, for our markets in Germany, Nordics and the BeNeLux.

 

Your tasks

  • Design end-to-end digital media campaigns
  • Coordinate the creation of website content to boost global brand awareness
  • Translate complex information into convincing social media stories
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing campaigns, using marketing automation software
  • Be an active member in Armacell's global digital marketing circle
  • Continuously consider Corporate guidelines in compliance with GDPR guidelines
  • Monitor SEO, ROI and KPIs and stay up-to-date with digital media developments
  • Coordinate relevant agencies and be their point of contact for digital marketing questions
  • Be the first point of contact for all Marketing Communications activities related to Nordics, working closely with the Sales team
  • Lead the Marketing Excellence Pillar of Nordics continuous improvement program

Requirements

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B markets
  • Excellent knowledge of common CMS (Typo3 and Drupal)
  • Experience of marketing automation software, such as Marketo
  • Good knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Experience in the use of professional social media channels
  • Good organisational & project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online and social media marketing
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Communicative and team oriented
