About the position

As our new Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be part of the Marketing team in Tallinn, Estonia. Here are some of the tasks and challenges you will tackle:

• Analysing data to help develop effective marketing campaigns
• Liaise with internal and external teams to deliver on content planning requirements for all digital marketing campaigns
• Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that align with larger business goals
• Actively optimise and report on active campaigns spanning PPC, Social & Display as required
• Help to manage relationships with publishers and actively manage global media campaigns
• Deliver continued growth through the identification of and engagement with vendors
• Work collectively on email marketing campaigns & manage the email marketing database effectively
• Monitor competitor activity and stay up to date with new and emerging digital trends.
• Monitoring web traffic to determine campaign effectiveness & lead optimisation strategy

About you

We are looking for an ambitious person who has experience in Digital Marketing. Here’s what we expect from you:

• Degree in marketing, advertising, or equivalent
• Active on social media
• Knowledge of CMS
• Experience in FinTech
• Excellent copywriting and copy editing skills
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail
• Strong computer literacy and strong presentation skills
• Project management experience
• Knowledge of digital channels & web analytics
• Very good oral and written English
