Management Support is a team of 3-4 people supporting BTS Network’s management in different areas. Among others, our responsibilities include: • Facilitating strategy processes (e.g. planning, follow-up and reporting) • Leading different change programs and general improvement initiatives • Ensuring the unit is working as cost-efficiently as possible - including monitoring KPI development • Monitoring and improving employee satisfaction and creating a forward-leaning and innovative culture • Managing both internal and external communication. Job description We are now looking for a Development Manager to join our efficient and flexible multi-talented team. Besides working in the areas stated above, you will be responsible for your own projects and change initiatives, and will not shy away from necessary daily administrative work. You will have a key role in supporting management to make this change happen!

Requirements

• Good analytical skills and strategic thinking • Experience and a solid understanding of the requirements for following up on operational plans and performance, e.g. KPIs and PIs. • Experience of process development • Experience of planning and implementing change initiatives and projects. • Excellent communication skills and experience communicating with both management and specialists. • Fluency in English is required. Other Nordic languages are advantageous. • A Master’s degree in Business or equivalent. • Experience in the Telecom or IT industry is a merit. You are: You like to work independently but you definitely are a team player. You communicate expertly with management as well as specialists to establish the best solution for each case. You enjoy challenges and demanding projects but are also able to carry out daily administrative work such as keeping data up–to-date, etc. You have great analytical abilities and a strategic way of looking at things. You are well-structured, extremely result-orientated and enthusiastic about finding new ways of doing things. You are interested in working in different cultural settings and with multinational teams, which requires traveling within the Nordic and Baltic areas. You are trustworthy and interested in successfully creating a forward-leading and innovative culture within BTS Networks.

Company offers

The position based in one of these three cities - Stockholm, Helsinki or Tallin.
