Job Description

Purpose of the position:
- Profitability calculation for each single customer (existing or potential, private individual or business customer)

Responsibility areas in specific:
- Define rules for customer profitability calculations for private individuals and business customers
- Develop and maintain specific tools to be used for customer profitability calculations and analysis
- Ensure customer profitability related data availability and quality
- Provide support related to customer profitability for country based Customer analytics units
- Provide support to Product/Channel/Customer offering units related to customer profitability


Requirements

Expectations to candidate:
- Bachelor degree
- Seasoned professional in analytical and/ or finance and/ or IT areas
- Not less than 2½ years experience in business organizations (experience in bank, insurance, telecommunication or IT companies would be an advantage)
- Project Management experience
- Very good at English, both oral and written
- Very good at Estonian, both oral and written
- Very strong result orientation
- Excellent analytic and logical thinking
- Understanding of products life-cycle and value
- Ability to understand and utilize IT deliverables
- Good cooperation skills
