Following a practical and theoretical induction programme and in-house training, you will take on the role of head or deputy head of a department in one of our stores in Germany and will manage that department independently with responsibility for HR and sales volumes.
Your charisma, confident style and the quality of your sales advice will define the purchasing experience for our customers.
