We offer you the change to shape your training and career in Germany. You have previous experience in a retail environment or a service sector such as tourism or catering? You also have excellent German language skills?

Following a practical and theoretical induction programme and in-house training, you will take on the role of head or deputy head of a department in one of our stores in Germany and will manage that department independently with responsibility for HR and sales volumes.

Your charisma, confident style and the quality of your sales advice will define the purchasing experience for our customers. Your initiative and purpose will help drive our joint success and you will create a highly motivational working environment through your personal commitment and by embodying team spirit in all that you do.
