As a Data Entry Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the company’s product, client, and order data. Your work will directly support our business operations — from sales to purchasing and logistics — by maintaining precise data flows and generating useful insights.
What you’ll do?

Accurately input, verify, and update data across products, clients, and orders

Maintain data integrity through regular checks and validation

Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and back-office teams to ensure accurate information flow

Generate reports and summaries that help teams make data-informed decisions

Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to process improvements
What we’re looking for?

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident handling structured data

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Analytical thinker with curiosity and a willingness to learn

Fluent in Estonian and English (both written and spoken)

Able to work on-site in our Tartu office

Interest in the beauty industry or experience in retail, e-commerce, or back-office operations is beneficial
