Data Entry Specialist

As a Data Entry Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the company’s product, client, and order data. Your work will directly support our business operations — from sales to purchasing and logistics — by maintaining precise data flows and generating useful insights.

• Accurately input, verify, and update data across products, clients, and orders

• Maintain data integrity through regular checks and validation

• Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and back-office teams to ensure accurate information flow

• Generate reports and summaries that help teams make data-informed decisions

• Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to process improvements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident handling structured data

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Analytical thinker with curiosity and a willingness to learn

• Fluent in Estonian and English (both written and spoken)

• Able to work on-site in our Tartu office

• Interest in the beauty industry or experience in retail, e-commerce, or back-office operations is beneficial
