YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ACROSS BALTIC ARE:
• Creation of tabular data models for product result monitoring and ad-hoc analysis;
• Supporting pricing models with statistical solutions and tools;
• Helping to validate assumptions when forecasting insurance products results and policyholders’ behavior.
• Taking part in initiatives to make actuarial work more effective.

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR HAS:
• Deep interest in data science and data engineering area;
• At least Bachelor’s degree in any of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) subjects;
• At least 2 year working experience in data scientist, analytical, BI, actuarial or similar role;
• High analytical capability and structural capacity, ability to take initiative and work independently, orientation toward results;
• High motivation and commitment for the organization, willingness to learn and share knowledge with others, good communication skills;
• High competence and experience in work with databases: SQL knowledge;
• Skills in data visualization, MS Excel;
• Fluency in English and your native language;
• Bonus points for: knowledge of SAS, PowerBI, machine learning, working experience in insurance field;
