Data Analyst - Lifecycle Marketing

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Lifecycle Marketing team where you’ll be central in making data-driven decisions on how we communicate with our customers and partners. You’ll be responsible for analysing our communications data, finding connections between team’s work and business results, building metrics and insights to make better and timely decisions across the globe. 

What you'll be doing: 

• Prepare and maintain domain reporting in Looker
• Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide reports to make business recommendations
• Proactively work with Product, Data Engineering, and Marketing teams to get the best out of Bolt's data and communicate data-based insights

Requirements

• Experience with BI tools and data visualization
• Strong statistics knowledge
• Strong SQL skills
• Fluent in English
• Experience with Python or R is a plus
• Experience analysing customer lifecycle (churn, LTV, retention) is a plus
• STEM degree is a plus
