Job Description

YOUR MAIN TASKS

• Offer excellent customer support viaphone, e-mails and chats for main brandsas Bosch, Siemens, Gaggenau and NEFF.

• Handle service and spare parts orders.

• Handle various customer requests withthe help of user manuals, websites andour internal product information systems.

• Provide information about products andservices. Support customers withpurchase decisions.

• Identify the technical problem or userissues, determine the cause of theproblem, and offer the best solution to solve the problem.

Requirements

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL at our team if you are service-minded, enjoy helping people andpossess caring attitude towards customers. You are able to multitask in fast-paced environmentand have quick self-sufficient thinking. You have worked in customer service before. You are fluent in Danish language (verbal and written) and you can communicate in English.
