Cyber Security Engineer

Key tasks:
o Participate in security incident management and vulnerability management processes, conduct cybersecurity vulnerability assessments
o Analyze and respond to previously undisclosed software and hardware vulnerabilities
o Provide threat and vulnerability analysis as well as security advisory
o Document and maintain technical documentation, security procedures and processes.
o Research new technologies and tools for cybersecurity innovation.
o Mature the vulnerability and scanning/assessment capabilities
o Create and implement use cases within the SIEM tool
o Participate in threat hunting, threat modeling, and threat intel activities
o Responsible for the development, testing, and deployment of complex IT security solutions
o Ensure efficiency and improvement of SOC systems operations

o Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Computer Science or equivalent demonstrated experience and knowledge
o 3+ years Cyber Security Operations experience
o Strong understanding of security incident management, malware management and vulnerability management processes as well as various cyber-attacks and recent hacking techniques
o Good understanding of technology governance, technology risk management/GRC, internal audit, vendor/third party management, business resiliency and fraud
o Good understanding of SIEM tools functionality
o Knowledge of various security methodologies and processes, and technical security solutions
o Familiar with industry-standard security controls, policies & procedures
o Demonstrates a broad awareness of cybersecurity events, threats and actors, including trends and emerging systemic risks
o Very good English knowledge
