CVKeskus.ee is looking for project manager

Your role is to develop and maintain web and mobile applications and core back-office modules for the highest loaded career platform in the Baltics.
● Monitoring product KPIs, benchmarking, analyzing best practices and users and employees’ feedback
● Investigating the need/improvement proposal/problem
● Gathering team, grooming the ideas, systemizing those, coming up with proposals
● Communicating proposals in understandable fashion (Pan-Baltic). Thinking things through and making clear presentations
● Getting initial GO for the proposals
● Prototyping the solution with interactive prototypes
● Getting additional GO for the proposals. Persistently pushing approvals
● Writing project descriptions and tickets for developers
● Getting approvals from IT manager and planning the product pipeline in the highest impact manner
● Giving feedback to developers and IT manager. Collecting feedback
● Testing the projects when they are done
● Communicating to the teams what is needed to open projects
● Coordinating opening projects to prod
● Measuring the results. Making retrospectives with the team
● Monitoring changes in KPIs and doing it all over again
● From time to time, foreseeing one-off projects (i.e. integrations)

• IT and project management background
• Experience with interactive prototyping
• Fluent in English and Estonian is highly preferred
• Experience with online business/apps
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Team player, able to connect with people
• Natural interest in new trends of development/tech/UX/digital marketing
