Customer Support Specialist to Yamaha with Finnish skills

As a Customer Service Advisor for Yamaha, you will be responsible for supporting Yamaha's Finnish speaking customers via calls and e-mails. You'll help them with their problems and be the first pit stop to their questions.

What do we wish from you?

Our only requirement is that you have fluent skills in Finnish, both written and spoken ✅

In addition, we hope that you:

• Are able to communicate also in English
• Have good communication and organizational skills
• Previous customer service experience is considered an advantage

If you speak any Scandinavian languages in addition to Finnish, that is also a great plus!
