Job Description

To ensure high quality e-pharmacy customer support service by phone, e-mail and live chat

Act professionally while solving problem situations, provide prompt assistance to customers

Take care of coordination of customers orders

Prepare reports on monthly results, number of customers and inquiries

Requirements

2 years of experience in customer suport in call center / e-shop suport line / beauty area

Quickly understand how IT systems work

Able to manage and solve conflict situations

Excellent communicate in Estonian both in writing and orally, advanced in English (knowledge of Russian - an advantage)

Have a strong orientation towards results and team goals

Communicative, responsible, attentive and proactive
