Customer Support Specialist

Estonian customer support team member

We are looking for a support professional with communication experience and good organizational skills. The ideal candidate is an organized and reliable person with good communication skills. She/he enjoys and takes pride in servicing both internal and external customers and loves working as part of a team.

Everyday tasks
• Supporting the sales team regarding incoming customer requests (via email/phone/skype)
• Responsible for daily communication with our customers and business partners
• Checking up on orders on a daily basis and organising logistics regarding RMA and warranty cases

We really want you to have:
• positive, ambitious attitude and a desire to help
• some customer service experience
• confidence speaking over phone / skype
• ability to manage stress and be a true problem solver
• willingness to work both independently and within a team
• some experience with IT is a plus
• fluent in Estonian and English (both written and spoken)
• the ability to understand, speak and read Russian
