Spinwise is looking for a Customer Support Lead in Tallinn, Estonia. Are you ready to be the best Support Agent, help your colleagues and be hands-on with working processes? Then you are made for the job!

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Taking ownership of the Customer Support team and processes
• Resolving clients’ technical problems
• Carrying out regular checks of the support system’s functionality
• Overseeing other employees’ training processes
• Performing as the best Support Agent 

Requirements

•  A thorough understanding of the Customer Support processes


• The ability to resolve difficult situations with grace


• Good written and verbal level in English, Estonian, and Russian languages 


• 2+ years of experience in a Customer Support position 


• 3+ years of experience in the iGaming industry
