Customer Support

* Assure customer satisfaction
* Daily communication with customers (handling e-mails and calls)
* Participation in customer meetings
* Provide effective and on-time handling of customer orders
* Cooperate with production planning to fulfill customer orders on-time
* Update necessary data in ERP

* Relevant experience in Customer Support, Supply Chain or Production Planning
* Higher education
* Solid verbal and written communication skills
* Knowledge of Estonian and English languages is a key requirement
* Analytical thinking and ability to prioritize tasks
* Good computer skills, experience in ERP is a plus
* Good cooperation and negotiation skills
