Customer Support Coordinator

Scope of Responsibilities:
- Meeting company`s customers, visitors and partners to ensure their smooth transportation and escort in the city and at the airport territory
- Transporting company`s employees, customers, visitors and partners in Estonia and abroad if needed
- Customer guidance before arrival and during their stay in Tallinn
- Organizing customer after hours activities if requested
- Making travel arrangements for employees & customers

Key requirement:
- Proficient English and Estonian language skills, proficiency of Russian is an advantage
- High-level communications skills
- Service-minded, accurate, punctual and responsible
- Highly cooperative
- Independent thinking skills
- Basic Computer skills (MS Office, Word, Outlook)
- Category B driver`s license
- Previous experience in travel industry is considered as advantage
