Job Description

This position to be based in Riga, Latvia or Tallinn, Estonia. ESTONIAN AND RUSSIAN SPEAKING E-MAIL AND CHAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT Job description, tasks ● Complete Welcome Calls to engage and greet new customers ● Respond promptly to customer inquiries ● Communicate clearly and effectively with customers ● Educate customers regarding new product offerings ● Resolve customer complaints and concerns by investigating problems; ● develop solutions and manage through to resolution ● Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

● Excellent customer care skills
● Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
● Professional attitude when dealing with customers
● A clear and friendly telephone voice
● Very good written and verbal communication skills in Estonian and Russian; at least intermediate English language skills.
● Good computer skills and typing skills
● Strong organizational and communication skills, team orientated philosophy, and problem solving skills
● Strong active listening skills – give full attention to what other people are saying, take time to understand the points being made, asking questions when appropriate
