Customer Support Agent (Chinese - Nights)

• Answering queries via chat and email in English and Chinese;
• Investigating, escalating and resolving customer cases;
• Working closely with internal and external teams.

• Fluent in written and verbal English and Chinese - mainly Mandarin, but any other dialect is a plus;
• Excellent communicator;
• Ability to multitask;
• Tech savvy - highly skilled with computer and new technologies.
