Your role
Become part of Team OlyBet and be responsible for providing excellent customer service during night hours to our customers by assisting them via chat, phone and email.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Respond to customer requests via chat, phone, email and other communication methods in a timely manner according to the company standards between 12 – 8 AM
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Identify customer needs and help customers to resolve their issues according to company knowledge and procedures
- Identify the root cause of the problems and search for the best possible solution to please the customer
- Go the extra mile to engage customers

Your skills and experience
You’ll excel in this position if you:
- Love helping people and solving issues
- You’re an excellent communicator and empathetic person who is able to listen and to hear customer needs
- Love to work in shifts
- Beneficial would be previous customer support experience (iGaming experience would be superb)
- Fluent work proficiency in Lithuanian and English, Russian language is a plus
