Waybiller provides digital waybill solutions for logistics companies, making freight truly paperless. The software allows companies to switch from paper waybills to e-waybills, which results in lower costs and greater transparency.

Job Description

We are looking to join forces with a Customer Success Manager, who will be the key person responsible for welcoming new customers and integrating them into our processes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with new potential customers to fully integrate Waybiller into their daily work;
  • Help new customers to integrate Waybiller with their scale systems and ERP software;
  • Write analysis and estimate of costs of the necessary integrations & agree on the budget with the customer;
  • Give input to Waybiller developers about necessary extra developments required in connection with the integration;
  • Help 3rd party developers to use Waybiller JSON REST API;
  • Successfully transfer your customer relationships to a customer success manager after onboarding;
  • Create documentation of the integration
  • Help customers on a daily basis

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Estonian
  • Someone with experience in integrations (scale systems, ERPs. different APIs etc);
  • Strong communication skills and technical know-how;
  • Organizational skills — you'll be working with many customers, and you'll need to have expertise in place to keep all of their needs organized;
  • Result-driven mindset, not stopping after facing several obstacles;
  • Passion for digitalising the logistics industry;
  • Readiness to travel abroad for client meetings.
