Job Description
We are looking to join forces with a Customer Success Manager, who will be the key person responsible for welcoming new customers and integrating them into our processes.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with new potential customers to fully integrate Waybiller into their daily work;
- Help new customers to integrate Waybiller with their scale systems and ERP software;
- Write analysis and estimate of costs of the necessary integrations & agree on the budget with the customer;
- Give input to Waybiller developers about necessary extra developments required in connection with the integration;
- Help 3rd party developers to use Waybiller JSON REST API;
- Successfully transfer your customer relationships to a customer success manager after onboarding;
- Create documentation of the integration
- Help customers on a daily basis
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Estonian
- Someone with experience in integrations (scale systems, ERPs. different APIs etc);
- Strong communication skills and technical know-how;
- Organizational skills — you'll be working with many customers, and you'll need to have expertise in place to keep all of their needs organized;
- Result-driven mindset, not stopping after facing several obstacles;
- Passion for digitalising the logistics industry;
- Readiness to travel abroad for client meetings.
