Focus on providing high level advisory services while offering a range of financial products and solutions to small-sized enterprises (SSE);
Engage with both new and current customers, assisting them in selecting appropriate banking services;
Take an active part in ensuring portfolio growth by approaching potential customers through different sales channels (including cold calling);
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics;
Become a valuable team member, as we believe that stand alone we can do a lot, but as a team we can stand-out;
Collaborate with other departments to deliver smooth customer experiences.

Requirements
Business-oriented and goal-driven approach;
Experience in sales or customer service (the experience of working in a bank is considered an advantage);
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Sense of responsibility, initiative and openness to innovation;
Fluency in Estonian and English language (both written and oral).
