CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

To further our expansion and growth we are seeking a

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

responsible for providing outstanding customer service to Markit customers in Estonia, looking after our customer orders, inquiries and warranty cases, communications with our partners and customers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

YOU HAVE
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Secondary education
• Fluent Estonian language and good English language skill
• Interest in IT
• Positive attitude and desire to help
• Ability and willingness to work independently and within a team
• Desire to solve problems
• Russian language skill as a plus
