Job Description

WHAT YOU SHALL DO

Daily interaction with Teledyne FLIR partners/end-customers regarding Aftermarket services via dedicated ticketing platform

Logging in RMA requests to SAP system according to established procedure

Issuing RMA references to customers, following Compliance rules and procedures

Taking ownership and ensuring follow-ups as the case evolves (e.g., sending product receipt confirmations, Quotations for repair, tracking details when dispatching the product etc.)

Aligning activities with our experienced Tech team

Upon request, supporting other Service operations in EMEA with similar tasks and using unified tools/systems

Requirements

YOU FIT THE JOB WITH

Previous experience within Customer Support/Helpdesk

Language knowledge: English, Estonian

High stress tolerance and readiness to work with difficult cases and a wide range of customer groups (Teledyne FLIR partners, end-users, other businesses, governmental entities)

Computer skills: MS Word/Excel, Outlook, decent typing speed

Estonian citizenship to meet the requirements of export licenses

Courtesy and consistency, formal communication skills

What’s most important- positive attitude and puzzle-solver’s mindset

PREFERRED CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

Traffic/Logistics/Global Trade compliance background and/or previous experience

Any other formal language skills, both written and verbal

Experiences with SAP system
