Customer Service Representative

Process booking requests from customers
Ensure that all provided booking details are correct and entered into our systems
Prepare transport related documentation, reports and invoicing
Communicate with customers and with our other departments
Working language is English
Geographical scope of activity covers Europe

We are looking for You if You:
Are fluent in English (additional European language is considered as an advantage)
Have a good grasp of MS Office / Excel
Have a good time management skills and ability to work with deadlines
Have good communication and social skills and positive mind
Are an Estonian or EU citizen or hold a residence permit valid until 2021 at least

Monthly salary for this position is 1191 euros (gross)

The language of communication is English. Also the job interview will be in English.
Working days are Mo-Fr. Working hours depend on the team, but most of us are working from 10am till 19pm.
