- making phone calls to customers who have agreed to participate in the research of medical treatments and collecting necessary data.
- fluent language skills in Norwegian (preferably native);
- good English skills;
- good knowledge of MS Office Applications;
- willing to work in customer service in a call centre;
- very good communication skills and strong customer service focus;
- ability to work in shifts.
